Can Lien on one account affect another?

A person I know got scammed online and he filed a complaint regarding this due to which I got a lien on my IDFC account (He made some payments to the scammer through me). I am starting a new job soon and I might have to open my salary account within the same IDFC bank. Will the lien on my savings account affect my salary account in any way?
