February 24, 2025 at 5:01 amThe situation involves a 17 y/o girl and a 19 y/o guy, basically the guy pestered the girl for nudes and revealing pics on many occasions. She refused many times and clearly stated she isn’t interested. The girl wasn’t mentally alright, if she was she would’ve never sent.So one day after he was about to leave her (they were in a relationship), she felt pressured and sent it to him. All in all she acted out of character and whatever she did wasn’t something she’d do if she was alright.
Before that they had a huge fight where he was asking for nudes saying she will if she loves him and she went like I’ve already sent them (she sent a revealing pic previously on his demands) and told him now it was his turn to “proove his love”.
He wanted that if he sents she should as well.
They fought almost broke up he sent his shirtless pic and thinking he’ll leave if she doesn’t send it back, she did as well.Is there anything she can do now? Will it be helpful if she could get a medical diagnosis on her issue? On what issues can she file a case on and whose favor will the case go in?

February 24, 2025 at 6:30 amYes, she get an FIR registered under POCSO section 13 to 15 and also IT Act under section 67 & 67B. Make a formal complaint. Whether she did it herself without solicitation will be a matter of trial later.
