Can relatives claim ancestral assets which are on my dad’s name?

My dad has inherited a lot from his ancestors. It’s worth north of 150 crores and It’s all on my dad’s name only. After my dad, do the assets come to me since I’m his son or can my dad’s relatives (sisters) also claim them?
