Can society cancel my allotment deed?

My grandfather gifted me his property via gift deed for which he created allotment deed and gifted me that property. While making allotment deed there were some clause which society had problem with so we changed that and created according to them after that chairman came to sub registar and we did allotment deed and then gift deed . Now society is telling me to do some changes again they are saying to change flat to bunglow saying we are leaving in bunglows not flat and i mean will it create that big of problem ? lawyer made that mistake because one of document provided my society itself had written flat inside it so hence we got confused btw it is a bunglow now they are saying we are not ok with the valuation it schould be more . So they are saying they will cancel my allotment deed is it even possible for them to canel my deed as they were present at sub-registrar and we followed all procedures, we also paid 2% for allotment deed and 1% for gift deed and now society it creating obstacles because of some personal issue we were having in past what to do and also they are saying it would take me 6 months to year to become a society member
