Can someone tell me the income criteria for the Non Creamy layer in OBC, Maharashtra

Most of the website just state that the income mist not be over 8 lakhs per annum, however some sites say that it doesn’t includes salary or agricultural income. My dad probably earns around 10LPA, can i get a NCL certificate made?
