Can something I write about online be considered an admission of guilt and get me into trouble?

Ocassionally I write elaborate stories that some include some details like I did XYZ anyone can understand is illegal. The intent is just humor from the ragebait but the elaborate details makes it sound like it really happened.

Could this be misunderstood for a confession and get me into trouble?
