Can they charge service tax, total tax charges etc after charging GST on shipping

Recently I shipped my Household item from Delhi to Assam. The quotation mentioned only 5000 and they didn’t disclose extra taxes whatsoever. Now they have sent me the GST invoice with 8 additional charges. Please help me out
