Can we claim compensation in Court (Lawyer fees) if police refuse to file complaint

Can we claim compensation ( lawyer fees + additional expenses) when we hire lawyer to get magistrate order to lodge FIR for police refusal on complaint registration ?

Anyone done it ? What we need ?

No, in such cases, usually no litigation fee is awarded. But why must you expect it in every matter, when the interest involved is non material and larger?

So do they pay litigation fee for “material” complaints ?
