Cannot create a new bank account because one of my other bank account is frozen

I hope this is the right place to ask this question.

I recently got a job and I had to create a bank account with their partnered bank. But I cannot create one because one of my other bank account was frozen due to a P2P transaction that marked my account as fraudulent (which is not true and I’m trying to get it sorted). This information is linked to my PAN which is preventing me from creating a new bank account.

How do I deal with this? Any help is appreciated.
