Can’t see call a scam if initial transaction were successfully done ?

So the context of that heading is I got scammed by a guy like hard planted scam he planted it for more than a year .

Then I reported him to cyber cell it’s been 3 months my investigation officer is saying that I had done some successful transaction before the scam so that makes that prove I know that person which will make it not look like a scam it’s a business now ..

Please help if you guys have any knowledge about it … Thanks

Initial TXN means the scam was about devices he gave me device first then he took money and never got me device and my usdt which he promised …
