Caste certificate help!!!!

I’m from Rajasthan born in Maharashtra my caste related documents are from Rajasthan only, last year I got my state certificate as well as ncl certificate of obc done. I’m appearing for neet and the caste certificate needed is of different format. The format of the certificate is for central education institute something like that, but what I have it is for Post under government jobs.
Upon talking with the person who have did my caste certificate related work, told that my format is the new one and the one given by nta(neet)is old one,talk to another guy about this he also told the same. What should I do now? Can I make my certificate in Maharashtra as it is ncl?
Help me please.
