Change in Payroll Need Help to remove the bond

Joined a company after completing master this company revenue is around 123cr so not MNC during joining the company the payroll discussed was of UAE and salary comes in dirham also they send to UAE for 1 month in interval of 6 months to show the employment is in UAE this is all sponsered by company travelling and stay all for this they signed a bond in the name of training for 2 years it is bond amount is around 4L(no training was given to me and I was directly put on some ongoing project most help was given by colleagues through teams call and sitting with them),. January of this year I found out that I am Type3c Dibates. In February of this year they asked for degree to get it assested as it was required for visa all this was done by company. Now the company was thinking of sending 3 of us to UAE for visa but now manager comes to me ask if I am ok to shift to indian payroll the salary and will be the same also instead of middle East branch your employment will be soon in india all work and other things will remain same and I will have company group insurance when asked why he hold that UAE is an expensive country what will you do if something happens who will take care if your medicine gets over and also the insurance price will get increase (this insurance is provided by company in UAE not test where done will joining as when you go to UAE there test are done for insurance).

What am I seeking is 1st option send to UAE on company responsibility or 2 option remove the bond as I agreed to join on UAE payroll and I will be missing most of the opportunities .

My question is what to do if they deny both by saying we are considering this by looking at your health and you will be getting same salary and all benifits.
