Hi
I was accused (don’t want to disclose the reason behind it) wrongly multiple times by a proposal man and he manipulated our chats to save himself. I have deleted chats as I didn’t want to drag the matter. Now his wife got to know, and she is asking for proof Is there any way I can retrieve my WhatsApp chats or seek help other than the police because if I involve the police they will take time. I just want to show this man’s wife how he cheated on her flirting/sexting with me and I did share the proof of other girls through chats. Please help. I don’t have a backup of chats as I was traveling between India and the US and I removed my sim cards and later lost it.

Unfortunately the only help you could do at this spot would be to help yourself. No authority will be able to extract any data for you considering the facts and circumstances of your situation. The only situation they even try to extract such sort of deleted info is when there’s an immense danger to someone or for a very highlighted case matter.

Pretend that you have SS of the chat and give threats to the guy that you will proceed with the Cybercrime case against him. If he apologizes then keep ss of his apology as proof
