UI’m in a really tough situation and could use some practical advice.
My dad has been cheating on my mom for over 6 years (that we know of). It’s not a one-time thing—it’s ongoing. My mom has finally had enough and wants to leave him, but the problem is she’s financially dependent on him. I’m still in college, so I can’t support her yet.
I’m really angry and keep thinking about taking action against the woman he’s involved with, but I don’t know if that’s even possible or worth it legally. My main concern is helping my mom get out safely and securely.
Update : me and my mom confronted my dad today, and he just packed his stuff and left the house. We don’t know where he went and honestly we feel really lost now. My mom is devastated and is barely functioning, i worried about how to keep the house running cause as I mentioned we were dependent on him and i am still in college. What do I do now ?
