Coaching not returning our money

I guess many of you people must have heard about the fiitjee coaching centres which are closing frequently all over india … i don’t know why they are not paying their teachers and the teachers quit which makes the coaching go shut .

i study in the coaching and the problem is that once they go shut in between they don’t return people’s money …they take 2 year worth money in slightly more than 1 year time period only.. so like i’m in 11th and if the coaching centre shut they take 12th class money as well …

is this even legal ?? is it possible somehow that the people (or me )get their money back …

my coaching is operating properly rn … except the chemistery teachers keep leaving
