i (18/F) wants to transfer my medical college to one near my home due to severe mental health issues, however there may not be seats available in my desired colleges. i’m from a private medical college. what loopholes could there be to make this transfer possible? i’m desperate for a transfer plz help. also what to do if my college denies me a noc?
