I have a commercial property in a residential building. It was rented out for 3 years. Now the registered contract will get over in next month.
What formalities have to be done while ending the agreement? Do i have to get some indemnification bond or something to save me from any future complications incase of gst registered on that address by the tennant.
(I had heard about gst frauds done by tenants and then gst officers sending tax recovery notice to address owner and not the og business owner)
