April 4, 2025 at 4:41 amThe email read:Dear Team,
As we step into the new financial year, we want to inform you about an important update to our leave policy. Starting this FY, employees will be entitled to a total of 12 leaves per year.
This policy has been implemented keeping in mind the nature of our business and the critical stage the company is currently navigating. Moving forward, all existing employment contracts will be renewed to reflect these changes, and new paperwork will be signed accordingly.
Please note that the company will honor any pending paid leave balance from last year as per the previous policy.
If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to bring them up during the upcoming team meeting.
Best,
HR Management
Like wtf man we are already working at a 6 day week company without the option of a work from home. Is this legal and can I take any action on my end?
