UHi Everyone,
I have been working in a company for the last 5 years. Now due to medical treatment I’m moving to another city. And for that I gave an interview and got selected in that city’s company.
I have submitted a resignation letter in hand and through mail. Now in our company MD is everything. All other HOD’s and HR’S are for namesake. MD has written rejected in resignation letter and no feedback received for email even after requesting daily from 1 week.
As notice period is 3 months I’m ready to serve 1 month notice period and surrender 2 months of salary in lieu of notice period I have written the same in resignation letter. Now I’m getting to know they won’t relieve me even after a 3 month notice period and won’t give a relieving letter.
What legal advice for me in this case. Now to proceed ahead. Already my life was mess due medical condition and now I’m mentally very much disturbed. The state of working is Karnataka.
