Company not refunding my money

Hi experts
I have placed an order on kapaver.com a few days back. It was a prepaid order. For various reasons I cancelled the order before it was dispatched which was well with in their policy. Post that when I reach out to them on their whatsapp helpline for refund they said that refund has been initiated and will reflect in 7-10 days. Fast forward 2 weeks, when I checked with them, they again say 7 days. What can I do now to get my money back?

I was planning to file a consumer report, but will that require me to report to a court hearing?
