I have a pending payment of ₹3.8 lakh from a company since **August 2024**. They ignored my messages for months. After I filed a complaint on **SAMADHAN (Software Application for Monitoring And Disposal, Handling of Apprehended/Existing Industrial Disputes)**, they finally emailed me, saying their **company’s financial condition is bad** and they will **pay in small amounts by the end of this year**.

The issue is, **they have made the same promise multiple times before but never followed through**. Since then, there has been **no response from either the company or the Samadhan Portal authorities**—no updates, no action, nothing.

I feel stuck. **What should be my next steps to recover my payment?** Has anyone faced a similar situation? Should I escalate legally or try another route? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
