March 27, 2025 at 1:06 pmI resigned in January end from the German MNC I’m working in for last 2 years, my second tenure here. Now since i was gonna be a scapegoat for them for upcoming project and due to personal reasons i resigned for bettwr offer. Now my 90 days have only 20 days left and they have not yet confirmed my last working day. And they’re saying this is because they expected me to stay longer. and also I was working from home with my manager and skip being made aware multiple times by mail and verbally. now they’re saying those days should be counted as leaves.
I would appreciate if anyone here can give me wjat options can i have legally as well as on my personal level.
I am also open to pay legal fees if somebody can suggest a good lawyer that deals in these kinds situations. -

You are not suppose to spend a day beyond notice period clause. Find a job, to harras you, they may release you early, that’s potential trick.-
