January 16, 2025 at 5:09 pmCurrently working in a company where notice period is 2 monthsIf notice period is 2 months , In first month of notice period there will be no salary , in second month of notice,the company will give salary of 1st month and salary of 2nd month will be given after 45 days of leaving with fnf.

“Termination
Your consultancy may be terminated by the Company giving two (2) months’ notice or two (2) month’s pay in lieu of notice. In case the consultant resigns/gives notice for termination of consultancy, he / she shall give two(2) months’ notice or two (2) month’s pay in lieu of notice to the Company. Further, the Company at their sole discretion may relieve you before expiry of the notice period without any financial liability or commitment to allow them to continue in service till the end of notice period. During the probation period, either party may terminate your consultancy by giving 2 months notice or salary in lieu of such notice.
The company may terminate your consultancy without notice if you willfully disobey a lawful and reasonable instruction or direction, commit an act of misconduct, including but not limited to fraud or dishonesty, or are habitually negligent in your duties, you will be liable to dismissal by the Company without notice.”
