January 14, 2025 at 9:23 amHi,I made a payment to my credit card from my SBM Bank account and the transaction failed. The amount was not refunded to my account, nor credited to my card. After multiple follow ups, escalating to the nodal officer I got the refund after 40days.
While researching about this, I came across this RBI notice on “Harmonisation of turn around time and customer compensation” that states 100rs compensation per day.
How do I go about claiming this? Any advise on the process is appreciated.Thanks
