Complaint against an LLP for SCAM ?

20M here , I have a reward based webapp where I have partners and take commissions by providing them traffic .

One of my “partners” Cpidroid(owned by SmartXaaS LLP) , turns out to be scammers . I have requested a payment of about 10k INR which is on hold for days and have additional 8k INR in my publisher account.

Recently I got to know from one of my mates that they have been holding payments and not paying him as well .

Now I am not worried about my payment, but sure enough that I want this company to be charged against their wrong doings . I had a chat with them on WhatsApp, they asked me about my payment id to check and then they stopped replying.

They are registered in Noida I think , their legal details available at SmartXaaS.io

What can I do ? Thanks!

Generally you would have to file a civil suit for the same, as the amount is fixed you could file a summary suit for speedier disposal.

What are the terms and conditions states about payment schedule? How disputes are going to be solved.
