Conflict of address

Hello sub,

I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this question.

But I wanted to ask this. My Aadhar has my permanent address from my home state, because it’s my ancestral house. But now, I need an address proof of my current address to get a Credit Card. So, will there be any legal consequences if I change my address on my Voter ID to my current address while keeping my Aadhar Address the same?

Just get an affidavit done on a Rs.200 bond stating that you are presently residing at so and so address and that your permanent address is so and so. No need of changing your address on your aadhar or any other document. This will be enough for the bank to give you a credit card.
