Construction site making noise all night

Location – Mumbai. So recently the plot next to my building was bought by some company and they are making their office of 10 floors+ and they have been making noise all day and sometimes it even goes up till 12-1am.
Is there anything i can do about it.
Police is useless they just take money from them and nothing happens.
Is there any way i can get this issue resolved? Like working only till 10pm should be allowed or something like that
