Consumer case: Compensation

Hello all,

Many know me here as I regularly post on this subreddit regarding the ongoing consumer case I filed.

I have a query from the lawyers and experienced person here – can I change the compensation amount I wrote/ requested in the case?

I did not mention the litigation cost separately actually I said this much amount I expect (which is a lump sum of compensation, litigation cost). Now I realized about the travel cost to the court on every date.

So, I’m wondering if I can change (increase) the compensation amount in the prayer page. If yes, when should I? On the next hearing?

I know I need to carry several cooies of it. One for the court and to each to the opponent party.
