        I paid for the 100 mbps twice for the upcoming billing cycle, but they downgraded my plan and stopped the service. It’s been several days and my wifi is still not restored.

        So far I have:

        – Called customer support 12 times
        – Sent emails
        – Raised complaints- INGRAM, CPGRAM

        Every time I either get vague responses or empty promises like “it will be resolved in 24 hours” yet nothing happens. They are also asking me to recharge with data sachets until the issue is resolved.

        Few of the support team were really rude. The worst part is one of the representatives suggested me to visit the Jio store for resolution but when I went there, it was a fucking wrong address.

        I have so much wasted time, energy and money and I don’t know what to do at this point.

        Any help or advice would really mean a lot right now.
