I need to return an electronic gadget as it doesn’t work properly and many features are different than the one claimed by the company on the product. My product is under warranty and 15 days old. I contacted the company but they asked me if I have the packaging stored or not and my roommate threw out the box in which I received the item. Am I still eligible to claim a return/refund ?
I have the bill copy.

They have scheduled a visit to check if the item is working or is faulty as I claimed
