Contractor owes me money for freelancing

Worked with a company in 2022 as a freelancer for a few months. Still haven’t received the payment for the 100 odd hours. Tried sending legal notices to their offices. Everything has been returned but their website is still active and so are the emails. Wondering what to do next?

Thanks. Sorry – I meant to say that the legal notices were sent back because they have moved addresses.
