Please dont ever use indian courier services, always use reputable brands like DHL.
These courier service give no reply and will get your items stolen. Fcking useless services.
India and indians deserve better than this!

Saving money for courier will cost loss to your expensive items. Please take this as notice
and be careful.

It took around two weeks (if I remember correctly) after filing the complaint. Apparently the delivery guy ran away with my package and marked it ‘delivered’. Eventually they came and delivered it saying it was ‘misplaced’. Bunch of thieves.

Sure thing. Just make sure to provide as much details as possible while filing your grievance, like bills, documents, proof of communication with the courier company .. whatever. Remember, the courier company will counter the allegations, so the more proofs you can produce the stronger is your case.

I used Bombax courier service , Gandhinagar branch.
which is owned by Mahindra. Their service is so shit, they are saying its not responsibility for loss. To bc tumhari baap aake dekhega kaha hai saman?

I sent my expensive clothes and Leather jacket. I lost my expensive jackets and clothes. Where to complain?

NCH is national consumer helpline app

Google PG portal. it’s Web portal

and prepare legal notice using chat gpt and send to their address through speed post also. They will shit pants

Yes. You will likely get back money.

They are government grievance services.

Also send physical legal notice through speed post.
Google sample and prepare it using chat gpt. You can also hire lawyer but it will cost money

My first pref is always if me or someone going near the destination. Second if someone trustworthy going around. Third reputed service.

Nowdays there isn’t a service that gives you peace of mind. Every service is rotten and customer service is not existent. The effort they put in scamming people is mind blowing
