Court dismissed from high court, shifted to civil service court

I’ve got a family property dispute case (someone had filed a case against my family that claimed they had paid an advance to buy our property 30-40 years ago. No documents were registered, no bank transactions) The case was dismissed from high court and shifted to civil services court. The other party has not turned up for an any of the hearings.

What usually happens at a civil court and what’s the best way to resolve this such that we get quick judgement

Since the other party has no interest in fighting and they barely have any proof, it may only take a few days or maybe months..
