I am currently involved in an accident case under IPC Sections 279 (rash driving or riding on a public way) and 427 (mischief causing damage to property). The court has summoned me. What can I expect during the legal proceedings? What are the possible consequences or penalties if I am found guilty under these sections? Any advice on how to navigate the case or what steps to take next?”

please see that when i visit to court my advocate takes me to a clerk office inside court complex and ask me to sign on case file and pay some suvidha shulk there . then my advocate asks me to come on another date …

but online court website shows still summoning ….

please guide me what should be my next steps…
