Cyber crime complaint withdrawal but account not unfreezed yet

Due to misunderstanding a guy filed a cyber crime report against me, but withdrawed it the very next day, but now my bank account and phone number has been blocked, what to do in this situation.
The status shows pending .

You should check out the cybercrime department in your City they might help you

You should check with the cyber crime station on whose request the account was frozen. Typically the concerned Dy. SP/ ACP writes to the bank to unfreeze the account.

Not until the police asks the bank to unfreeze. Just follow up with the concerned police officer regarding this.

Just a complaint and my account gets freezed? And the complainant also not true, just a misunderstanding. So we can file complaint against anyone and their account will be freezed?
