DI am a studying in class 12 , and about 2 months back we doing out that he was sleeping with prostitutes , my mom dosent have that much money to take legal help and is in quite a helpless situation .
Dad has taken pictures of my mom without permission and even taken of random people in my old apt . Right now as a family we are in a confused state , he has stopped paying for my home loan and is trying to go away from responsibility, what legal actions can we take ?Also we have enough proof of him engaging in such activities , with voice messages of him accepting what he has done .

PAlright that title is very misleading.
I came here confused as to how a man is engaged in prostituition. I don’t really think there’s a strong case here imo. I could be wrong. I mean, Brothels are illegal, sex work isn’t. I have no idea about legality of photos of spouse. You could charge voyeurism, but the subject being spouse will make it tricky for the charge to stick. Also ‘random photos of ppl in old apt’ really don’t say much. I mean, are they intimate photos? Then yeah. Otherwise, it again isn’t a strong case there.
He has stopped paying *your* home loan? Well if the house is in your name then it’s your responsibility, unless you are a minor in which case you are probably just a beneficiary. Beneficiaries can file a civil suit in case their well, benefits are affected, even if they aren’t party to a contract. But I don’t see how that’s going to be effective.
I ain’t recommending divorce, but, just to put it out there
Engaging with prostitutes could help get divorce, you could claim his photo taking as cruelty. If that house of yours is in your name, it’s your responsibility, otherwise, whoever gets the house, gets the emi payment duty.I put up divorce cuz honestly I don’t know what other options you are expecting is gonna work. I mean, even if you are successful in filing a case, what? You gonna continue living together after the case?
Generally in these cases the best way is family therapy

Djust to clarify sorry for it being misleading but videos meaning , he took videos of certain aunties in my apt walking and videos of their back side .He has taken pictures of my mom when she was sleeping without her permission, how legal is that ?

EMaybe consider that his emotional and sexual needs aren’t being met?
As for legal action, there’s very little you can do. You can use social pressure to your advantage. Get your relatives to persuade him.
Or bluff that you’ve got hold of one of the women he slept with and have convinced her to file for sexual assault charges, unless he does what is right.

CSomeone is in serious trouble, and yet we’re making fun of her. Let’s not forget, she’s a teenager, still in her learning phase. Most of us weren’t fluent in English at that age either, and we grew over time.
What she’s been through takes a lot of courage to speak up about, let alone ask for help. Kudos to her for being wise enough to reach out for legal advice. If you’re not a lawyer, the least we can do is wish her strength instead of mocking her.
I truly hope someone steps in to give you proper guidance and help you navigate this tough time. There are kind-hearted people out there, in real life and on Reddit, who may genuinely support you.
Please take care of your mother and yourself too, especially your mental health. You’ve got this!
