MI separated in 2016 and divorced mutually in 2018. Daughter born 2011. In mutual consent divorce agreed for 15k monthly for daughter education (school fees was 5k), visitation, vacation and daughter to choose at 14.. Increased monthly to 20k in 2021. 6 months later wife said she wants 55k pm, no explanation just randomly. Then refused vacations unilaterally despite court paper. Severely curtailed visits. Daughter turning 14 in a month. I want full or joint custody or at the very least vacations and unrestricted visitistions and access. Today can’t even call, barely get to talk once a month for 5-10 min. Pls advice what should I do?

PFor not following the court order, you could file a contempt case on your wife. For this you need to get the dates from when she started deviating from the court order.
Else, you can file a fresh petition as your daughter turning 14, where you can have a fresh custody terms & conditions. Ask for joint custody and if possible stay in the same area so that you can practically implement the joint custody arrangements.
