Deleted Snapchat account data recovery?

Is there any possibilities to recover a deleted Snapchat account or reactivate it?

If I request my account data it won’t show conversations with deleted accounts.

I heard in the USA it can be recovered with police help/report.

I just need the conversations between me and the deleted account, the Snapchat faq says all accounts get permanently deleted after 30 days deactivation but for India it’s 180 days.

But I don’t think that it’s true.

It is just one particular account I need the conversations with.

Is there any legal solutions?
