Delivered Contaminated Pizza – Delivery Guy Admitted to Dropping It! What Can I Do?

I ordered a pizza after a long day at work, and what I received was an absolute nightmare. The pizza was completely messed up in the box, but since I was starving, I took a bite—only to realize I was chewing on sand, pebbles, and tiny stones! That’s when it hit me: the pizza had fallen on the ground and was put back in the box and delivered to me.

I called the delivery guy, but he ignored my calls. When I confronted him on WhatsApp, he actually admitted that he dropped the pizza and still delivered it! This is beyond unhygienic—it’s straight-up negligence.

I’m furious and considering taking legal action. What legal steps can I take to hold them accountable? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Ps: I have photo evidence and screenshot of the chat as well. He has now deleted the messages but I took the screenshot before hand.
