Iโve recently moved to a new location. Since then, most my Amazon orders are not getting delivered to me. They first show as โparcel/deliveryโ is lateโ. During this time, the delivery keeps getting rescheduled every day, to the next day. Eventually, the product gets returned.
Amazon delivery agent is never reachable on the number and pin that is provided.
This has happened with at least 4 orders till now, one of which had multiple products being delivered together.
Amazon customer care has been pretty useless in helping to understand the reason or to help escalate/resolve it as it is the logistics team within Amazon that is responsible for any issues with deliveries.
Iโm pretty sure the new location Iโve moved to is somehow the reason for these recent delays and eventual cancellation of deliveries.
But wanted to know if anybody else has faced this? And is there a way / channel that someone knows, to escalate this within Amazon? Can a legal case (perhaps in consumer court) be raised for harassment?
