Dentist Employment Contract ; working under a Quack in a small town. If i leave abruptly without notice will i be in trouble?

I’m a dentist. Saw this ad online which was paying above average for a dentist. Joined it. They made me sign an agreement. Fast forward few weeks I realise the clinic is run by a quack and is using my name/ registration to do unethical procedures.

And mentally forcing me to do unethical procedure plus the conduct of the quack guy is very bad. We feel scared as he’s very dominating.

Now me and my wife are stuck here and no other source of income. We plan to move out soon.

Here’s an excerpt of the agreement printed on a white paper. And signed over a postal stamp

**Dr. X will stay at my clinic for Q thousand rupees per month for 1 year after that if he wishes he can stay for another year as per the agreement. If he want do to fifty-fifty I have no objection to the patients in my clinic . your registration no. is _____**

**ABC Dental Council as per my**

**agreement you will have to stay at my clinic for a minimum of one year. He can take a leave for i or 2 days if there is any emergency he can go for five to ten days leave. As per my agreement they cannot open any clinic within a radios of 10 K.M. at within Five years. If you want to stay for Two or Three more year after the first year. You can stay at my clinic there is no problem. You cannot visit any Medical shop in Z city as per my agreement.**
