Did not received the Gratuity after working 6+ years

Hello Guys,

I need some help of yours. I worked in a company for 6+ years. I left this company on May 2021. Its private limited company. When I was left the company I asked about full and final settlement. They paid my salary. However, they did not paid the Gratuity.

I waited for few months as this was my first company and our relations were good. So mailed the hr about remaining dues. The hr agreed on mail about yhe gratuity payment is due from their side but said “currently company’s financials are not good and we will not able to pay in one go but they will soon start part payments”

I did not received any Money till date. I sent them several mails and after some mails they stopped replying.

Is there any way I can recover my money?

Tl;dr – not received gratuity amount after working for 6+ years and I left the organization on May 2021. Is there any way I can recover my dues?
