Discrepancy in owner’s name between the registry and PAN card for Noida flat resale

I have a question about name discrepancy between PAN card and registry papers. Assume flat registry paper has the owner’s name as “Rampal Singh”, however the PAN card has the name as “Ram Pal Singh”. So there is a space between Ram and Pal in the PAN card, which is missing in the registry papers.

The owner wants to sell the flat, and I assume his PAN card will be used. In Noida you have to apply for TM with PAN card, if the buyer plans to use bank load then bank may also look at this, also RTGS 1% payment is also using the PAN card. So wanted to check if this will be an issue during the resale process for the owner, if yes what will be reasonable solution to address this name discrepancy so the sale can go through.
