Do I get refund or not ?

I have returned a phone 11 days ago i haven’t got refund
1. They said you will get in 13 days
2.then after few days they said they said need to raise an investigation.

And today I contacted again idk that she is Indian agent or international named rachel, she said that I am doing Fast-track refund for you and i selected bank account she said refund initiated done you will get it by 48hrs I have received confirmation mail too , and then again I contacted amazon the specialist team agent said that only resolution is investigation there no fast-track refund thing so, what is it she said fast track refund i even got confirmation mail from Amazon do I get my refund or not ??

Read it fully man these specialist team saying that only resolution is investigation resolution
