Do kids of every govt employee organisation gets monetary compensation for their kids if they die or not(or it depends)??

My father is an engineer in a psu (central government)so if they dies and their childrens are below 18 so do they get any monetary compensation? Or not? Or it depends on the govt departments they were working in? And what will be the amount they would get? What would be the help they get if there parents died? Do they get any help or not?

Is it depend on the specific government organisations or PSUs to give monitory relief to employee’s kids kids who have died? Or do every Central Government employee’s kids are entitled to get monitory compensation if their parents have died?
