Does anyone know how can we check if there is any active loan on your account or pan without your consent ?

I am getting messages and calls, regarding Adhaar OTPs, and cards, some messages are like your loan is approved, may be this is just spoof. Please if anyone know how can i check if my mobile number is spoofed or if there is any active loan on your account or pan without your consent
