Read a news article stating that a Suo Moto FIR has been registered against some influencers under the IT act.
Does this affect their ability to travel/get visas etc? Every visa application requires applicants to confirm if there is or has been criminal complaint against them in the past.

What if this FIR is later quashed/withdrawn? Will that change the answer?

No, they can travel. However, if the case goes to court and they need to apply for bail in the future, the court may impose conditions, such as requiring permission before traveling.
