April 29, 2025 at 3:34 pmWhen my grandpa passed away all his self acquired property was transferred to my grandmother’s name with my mother’s permission. My mother has two younger sisters and two younger brothers. The brothers are now quarelling for the property but nobody wants to take responsibility of my grandma. She is blind. Currently we are taking care of her. My grandma wants to give everything to her sons but expecting the daughters to take care of her.Can my mother and aunts claim any rights on their father’s property now. They have signed when it was transferred to grandma. We don’t want anything but just want to threaten them. -
