May 5, 2025 at 6:03 amI ordered a bunch of products from dot and key. They said it will be delivered in 2 days but they did not. So i messaged their ai and it said it will be delivered on 8th march. Today i get a call and the customer care person says i wont get my order since my payment is on hold. The money was debited from my account and i got a confirmation mail too. But now she is saying i will have to pay again to get the products and to get the refund but if i dont pay they will not deliver the product nor refund me the money.What to do help will be appreciated.

May 5, 2025 at 8:13 amWhy do you have to pay again to get your refund? LmaoJust call your bank and raise a chargeback. Ask Dot&Key to send an email stating that they have not received your payment. Attach that to the mail and send it to your bank with all the transaction details. You’ll receive your money back within 50 days.

May 5, 2025 at 8:16 amI again messaged their WhatsApp number and this time a real person was on the line ig they said it will be delivered. I clarified that i got a call and this is the situation and they said it will be delivered. Honestly at this point i have no clue why there is internal miscommunication between them. I get a call that says something and the message something else. Not trusting dot and key again ngl
