Doubt regarding name change

Hi,

I actually don’t know if this is the right place to ask. I have a wierd situation. My father and mother’s name have the initial at the beginning of the name and then their name followed by surname (Initial Name Surname). The initial is actually my great grandfather’s name. But in all my documents and marks card it’s (Name Surname Initial). I’m currently 30 now and working in a private company.

My doubts are will this cause any problems in the future related to govt documents like passport, visa or inheritance, etc. I don’t have a passport and I believe passport requires expanded name so my name would be wierd.

Should I change my name? If I do change my name what do I need to do in order for it to not affect my work, pf. I also have a car loan, so how would it affect it?

If anyone can answer these it’ll be really helpful
